F1 Auto Films warrants that its genuine products, when installed by an Authorized F1 Auto Films Dealer or Certified Installer, will be free from manufacturing and material defects under normal operating conditions:

1. Paint Protection Film (PPF)

• Adhesive failure or unprovoked delamination from factory panels
• Severe blistering or bubbling not caused by improper surface preparation or residual slip/mounting moisture
• Surface cracking, crazing, or stress fracturing
• Premature lifting or peeling along factory-wrapped edges

2. Automotive Nano-Ceramic Window Tints (Sprint & Nitro IR)

• Adhesive failure, delamination, or blistering
• Cracking or crazing of the ceramic construction
• Discoloration, excessive fading, or purple degradation under normal solar exposure

3. Exterior Glass Protection Films (Thermoshield X, Glass Armor, Apex Stratos)

• Premature adhesive failure or delamination
• Blistering, surface cracking, or crazing across the optical protective barrier

This Limited Warranty is non-transferable, applying solely to the original registered purchaser and the specific vehicle VIN/chassis number logged during registration.

If a Product is verified by F1 Auto Films to possess an authentic manufacturing defect covered under this agreement, F1 Auto Films will, at its sole discretion:

1. Provide replacement film for the affected panel or section, or
2. Issue a product credit up to the original wholesale purchase value of the defective material.

Labor & Incidental Limitations:

F1 Auto Films’ liability is strictly limited to the replacement value of the raw material. F1 Auto Films does not cover installation labor, de-installation charges, shop overhead, transportation, rental vehicle costs, or any other incidental expenses incurred during an inspection, removal, or replacement.

This Limited Warranty shall become null and void if any of the following conditions occur:

General Exclusions:

• Failure to Comply with Initial Curing Protocols:
  • Washing the vehicle within seven (7) days of PPF installation.
  • Washing exterior glass within three (3) days of Thermoshield X or Glass Armor installation.
  • Rolling down windows or wiping the interior glass within three (3) days of Ceramic Tint installation.
• Improper Maintenance:
  Use of automatic mechanical car washes with spinning abrasive brushes, pressure-washer spray nozzles held closer than 12 inches to seams/edges, or harsh solvent-, petroleum-, or acid-based wash chemicals.
• Non-OEM & Non-Approved Substrates:
  Installation over repainted, aftermarket-painted, spot-repaired, weathered, or vinyl-wrapped surfaces. PPF warranty is valid exclusively over fully cured factory (OEM) paintwork.
• Excluded Application Surfaces:
  PPF applied over chrome trim, textured plastics, rubber moldings, headlights, or tail lights unless expressly rated and certified for those components.
• Environmental Staining & Force Majeure:
  Normal road hazard wear, rock chips that penetrate through the film to the vehicle primer/sheet metal, vehicle collisions, vandalism, intentional damage, standing mineral water etching, acid rain, or chemical industrial fallout. Paint Protection Film coverage covers structural film and adhesive failure; surface staining or gradual environmental contamination does not constitute a defect.

Glass Film Specific Exclusions (Thermoshield X, Glass Armor, Window Tint):

• Exterior Glass Wear & Mechanical Abrasion:
  Exterior windshield films are sacrificial impact barriers. Scratches, micro-marring, or scuffs caused by worn, degraded, or sand-embedded windshield wiper blades, operating wipers across dry glass, or direct physical impact that shatters or cracks the underlying structural glass are not manufacturing defects.
• Interior Window Tint Misuse:
  Cleaning interior window tints with ammonia-based glass cleaners, abrasive pads, or applying suction cups, brackets, stickers, or adhesives to fresh film surfaces.
• Thermal Glass Stress:
  Spontaneous glass breakage resulting from pre-existing glass stress, structural edge chips, or thermal shock unrelated to film manufacturing.

• OEM Paint Anchor:
  PPF is engineered to adhere to cured OEM factory clear coats. Paint peeling or clear coat delamination during post-installation repositioning or future film removal on repainted or non-OEM panels is solely the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
• Dealer Autonomy:
  No distributor, dealer, shop, or installer has the authority to alter, extend, or verbally modify the terms of this Limited Warranty on behalf of F1 Auto Films.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL F1 AUTO FILMS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• VEHICLE BODYWORK OR REPAINTING EXPENSES
• STRUCTURAL GLASS REPLACEMENT COSTS
• LOSS OF VEHICLE USE, DIMINISHED VALUE, OR TOWING CHARGES
• LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFITS, OR COMMERCIAL DOWNTIME

THE MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF F1 AUTO FILMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL INVOICE VALUE OF THE DEFECTIVE ROLL MATERIAL SUPPLIED.

To initiate an inspection and warranty evaluation:

1. File with Installing Studio:
   The vehicle owner must bring the vehicle to the original Authorized F1 Auto Films Dealer where the installation was completed.
2. Documentation Required:
   The owner must provide their registered vehicle information (Chassis/VIN, Plate #) and installation receipt.
3. Physical Inspection:
   The installing studio and an F1 Auto Films representative must be granted access to inspect the vehicle and capture high-resolution photos of the issue, edges, and panel surface.
4. Final Determination:
   All determinations regarding whether an issue constitutes an authentic manufacturing defect versus environmental wear, installer error, or improper maintenance rest solely with F1 Auto Films and are conclusive.
